Greeting and salivations!

I too will be heading down from the DC Metro area to come help you troop for this event.  I'll be representing the Old Line Garrison (Maryland's Garrison) at this most awesome event.

I've been in contact via Mac and he recommended that I come register on these boards, etc, etc.

I'll be bringing my Snowtrooper Commander.  While I understand how the temperature will be (I'll be staying at my parents while in town) it is a rare enough costume that I can't pass up the opportunity to wear it (plus my TI won't be done in time probably).

Especially, since I've heard that y'all have at least one Snowie of your own.  =)

I plan on being there for that first weekend (at least the 24th and 25th), and will be willing to help out however I can while I am down there.

Looks like there is no way i can make opening weekend for medical and fnancial reasons. Right now i plan o being their the weekend of August 20th may be moved sooner but right now its the most likely. This is also the weekend of the Space Camp Hall of Fame and Alumni weekend i like to attend both when i can since i am an slumni. I'll likely be down on thursday probably troop friday or Saturday hope there will be atleast a few others that weekend. I know its late in the exhibit. Unless i hear about some other big weekend earlier that i can attend like where ceebrities are in attendance etc then likely will have to wait.

Hello again from Garrison Tyranus,

I still plan on attending opening weekend with you guys. I will most likely bring my TK and troop as a stormie--you can never have too many tks.   Grin

Man, would I like to get in on this one. Its the weekend after my Bday, what a celebration it would be to troop this. can someone shoot me a line about some particulars on this event? if one of my garrison goes i may try to bum a ride with them. All I have right now is my IC, but its possible my Tie pilot could be ready by then. At the very least i could be a handler.

Stephen, we have a forum set up for it in the Event Planning section of the board. You should have access to it ;-)

Looking forward to this event and meeting many of you for the first time. Though a newbie handler for now, in my chest thumps the heart of AT-AT pilot, Biker Scout, and Jar Jar Binks. (Just kidding on that last one.)

Glad to help out and should be a lot of fun. Safe journey to folks shuttle crafting in from other systems.

WSMI has been a butt kicker, but one hell of a good time! This one rivals birthday at Walt Disney World for sheer fun. Been a GREAT weekend and cool to meet so many from the different garrisons.  clap
